We collect only what we need to reply to you and, if you ask, to tell you about watches. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
What we collect
Your name, email address and, where you choose to give it, a mobile number — along with whatever you tell us in an enquiry, valuation, sourcing request or waitlist sign-up.
Photographs you send of a watch you are selling are used only to value that watch.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a sale or purchase, and — only where you have signed up — to let you know about new arrivals, a reference you are waiting for, or your £100 offer.
We contact you on WhatsApp only if you have ticked to say we may.
Where it is held
Website forms are delivered to us by Netlify, our website host, and from there to our email inbox. WhatsApp conversations are held by WhatsApp.
We keep your details for as long as we have a reason to — an open enquiry, a sale, or a list you have joined — and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can leave any list at any time. Email RorCoTimepieces@gmail.com and it will be done.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
